Refund Policy

Last updated: 4/26/2026

1. Introduction

At Microjob360, we strive to provide fair and transparent refund policies for our users. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for various services and transactions on our platform. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations regarding refunds.

2. Job Posting Refunds

When you post a job on Microjob360, the total campaign cost is deducted from your deposit balance. Refunds for job postings are issued in the following circumstances:

  • Job Rejection: If your job posting is rejected by our moderation team for violating our terms of service, community guidelines, or quality standards, you will receive a full refund of the total campaign cost to your deposit balance.
  • Job Cancellation: If a job is cancelled by our administration team due to policy violations or other legitimate reasons, the full amount will be refunded to your deposit balance.
  • System Errors: In the event of technical errors or system failures that prevent your job from being properly processed, you may be eligible for a refund.

Note: Once a job is approved and workers have started completing tasks, refunds will not be issued unless there are exceptional circumstances determined at our sole discretion.

3. Withdrawal Refunds

If your withdrawal request is rejected by our administration team, the full amount (including any withdrawal fees) will be refunded to your earning balance. Common reasons for withdrawal rejection include:

  • Incomplete or incorrect payment information
  • Account verification issues
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Violation of platform terms and conditions
  • KYC (Know Your Customer) verification failures

When a withdrawal is rejected, both the withdrawal amount and any associated fees will be automatically refunded to your earning balance. You can then correct any issues and submit a new withdrawal request.

4. Deposit Refunds

Deposits made to your account are generally non-refundable once processed. However, refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payments: If you accidentally made a duplicate deposit, contact our support team within 24 hours to request a refund of the duplicate amount.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If you believe a deposit was made without your authorization, report it immediately. We will investigate and may issue a refund if fraud is confirmed.
  • Payment Gateway Errors: In cases where payment gateway errors result in incorrect charges, we will process appropriate refunds.

Important: Deposit bonuses received as part of promotional offers are non-refundable. If a deposit is refunded, any associated bonus will be deducted from your account balance.

5. Service Fees and Charges

The following fees and charges are generally non-refundable:

  • Platform service fees for completed transactions
  • Payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers
  • Withdrawal fees (unless the withdrawal is rejected, in which case fees are refunded)
  • Transaction fees for completed job payments

However, if a transaction is cancelled or reversed due to our error or system failure, all associated fees will be refunded.

6. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed as follows:

  • Automatic Refunds: Refunds for rejected jobs or withdrawals are automatically processed and credited to your account balance immediately upon rejection.
  • Manual Refunds: Refunds requiring manual review may take 3-5 business days to process after approval.
  • Payment Gateway Refunds: Refunds to original payment methods (credit cards, bank accounts) may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

You will receive a notification and transaction record for all refunds processed to your account. You can view all refund transactions in your balance history.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable under normal circumstances:

  • Completed job payments to workers
  • Deposit bonuses and promotional credits
